This sounds like real life. It highlights situations that happen so often in the modern world. The situations and circumstances the author struggled with and then the coping mechanisms used to overcome these situations may help many people. A great read indeed.

From the provided life-enhancing tools and mentions of codependency, to the self-destructive coping strategies and tendencies to nurture, it sounds like this author truly had some impactful topics to address. I commend her (and your) willingness to so openly share such vulnerable experiences, so that the rest of us may begin to better understand deeper aspects of lives that exist outside our own.

The author uses her life journey to teach others of the vital life lessons she learnt. I love how she's relatable since she touches sensitive but very relevant subjects such as drug abuse.

An inspirational book that many readers can relate to. While the topic is heavy it is motivating to see how someone survived through it.

A book that chronicles the author's life story sounds like a relevant book for all adults. I like it that the author aids her readers to learn from her mistakes and offers tools to enhance life. This is a wonderful book I would want to read. Congrats on the BOTD!

The author seems so relatable. I love that you compared her writing to the relaxing conversational style of a friend coming over for a much-needed visit. Kudos to the author for sharing her life story and allowing others to draw inspiration from her book. Thank you for your lovely review!

Even reading the review, I find myself to second guess myself and think I do show some of the symptoms the author underlined in the book. This is going to be a soul searching and eye opener book for me. Thanks for the review!!

It’s great that the author is using her experiences to help others to the point that she’s providing useful tools for helping readers going through similar experiences. Hopefully writing the book was as therapeutic for the author as reading it will be for others. Thank you for the helpful review.

What sounds really interesting to me is how she blended the psychological and autobiographical elements. The author also used her experience to teach others, which I value very much. Thank you for an immensely helpful review :D

I would love to read the book. It’s an autobiography. The story is divided into three parts describing different types events of author’s life. Different things and advices are being taught like the 6c. It’s a great review.

I like the author's genuineness. People that have dealt with traumatic situations tend to bond over trauma; I'm not surprised she taught she could save others from their destructive ways. That said, the 6 C's seem like a useful tool to incorporate into one's life.
