I thought this book was about Greek mythology. Good thing I red this review and it seems like this one's for me. I like what you said : most of us have good intentions at the onset of a change, but then a few weeks into our transformation, we find ourselves falling back into the same routine that we were so frustrated with that prompted us into action. This is very true. Thanks for a good review!

I thank you for the review. I am sure a lot of people struggling with weightloss can find something in this book to help with there plans to prepare for the weightloss journey. I however do not need to read this one. I will agree with "You are what you eat," and "You are what you think." I understand that how you view nutrition and the journey it will take to be healthy will make the difference in reaching your goals. Once you know how certain foods affect your body, you will know that nutrition is 70% of being healthy. Congratulations on BOTD.

I'm already anticipating my own study of this book. The author, using Greek metaphor, helps engage the reader and reduces the element of boredom

I’m fortunate to possess a healthy diet for myself, but know others who could benefit. I’ll check it out.

I’m sold on the key concepts of taking it slow and having a solid mindset for successful weight loss. This is no nonsense at its best. The review was insightful and very well written, as was the book. The title was a great hook, too.

Sample read this book, great read! Always welcome is an informative, well documented journey of obesity, weight gain and weight loss that often plagues us, men as well as women. It can be a life long process for some people, however. Thank you for sharing your story and successfully overcoming obesity through a renewed mind and perspective, a healthy diet and exercise!

Based on the review, it looks like that book has some useful tips on weight loss. One important point noted is the ability to persevere through subtle changes rather than targeting quick measures that may not be as effective.

This sounds like an interesting read. The concept, " You eat what you think" really intrigues me. I want to read the book get his perspective on this concept.

The title got me thinking that this is some sort of mythological book. But, reading the review, the author deserves credit for employing such creativity in it. Hope it defies all these random myths on weight loss. Thanks for the good review.

This book is the true meaning for anyone seeking a healthy lifestyle. Most individuals assume that as long as you workout, you lose weight. This read will allow you to understand that weightloss isn't easy, shouldn't be temporary, and it takes true dedication. Being that I have dedicated my life to healthier eating habits, I have personal experience with being right mentally and experiencing how our health can take its toll on our day to day activities. By reading this book, you gain great knowledge about how obesity can be deadly and may also cause several other health and mental disorders. I strongly agree that wanting to lose weight and gaining self discipline isn't something that you "Start tomorrow," it's something that you start right now, and you start today. Who doesn't like eating junk food? Yes, it is easier, it is faster, and I know it is cheaper. However, at what cost? The cost of our own health and life? We all have demons and battle with certain aspects in our lives and it is important to be realistic with ourselves and admit that our demons reflect our mental well being. I cannot stress enough how right the author of this book is by breaking down the mental preparation it takes to lose weight and to stay loyal with a permanent change in your life. I've always thought that success comes from mental clarity and being able to stay focused within your priorities is the golden key to unlock any door in life. For anyone who is on the fence or is struggling with making poor eating decisions, this book is a great read for you to educated yourself and assist you with setting up realistic weight loss goals for yourself to begin a path to a healthier life.

Weightloss which is becoming a crucial part of our lifestyle and not just for the obese people, for the ones who aim to stay fit on a regular basis too, this book will help like a guide. Zeus Defied gives you exactly an insight about how to lose some unwanted pounds, but in a healthy way.

You are what you eat and what you think, explained in a very clear and simple manner. You need to give away the unwanted food addictions that are bad for your health. Attention should be given to our habits and attitude towards food.

It is good to have a book around to seek to when you tend to get back to your old bad ways, when you were actually trying to improve. Watching a video to get morivated has its charms which last only for five minutes. Whereas this book will always be there to guide.

I think it's becoming pretty well-known that fad diets are pretty useless in the long-term, and it seems like this book intends to take a longer route to weight loss. Not my type of thing, but whatever.

I found it true enough that society packaged some of these tips over and over again with different glittering wraps to entice people. I'm glad thay the author gives you steps for the long run rather than for the short term. Thanks for this review!
