"Sometimes, our greatest enemy is ourselves, our attitudes and our false beliefs." This statement resonates with me quite deeply. I'm also keen on adopting the 6Cs. Thanks for this review.

The author's approach seems quite different from other self-help guides. From what I believe, this should be a useful read for majority of people including myself in becoming more aware of our own behavioral patterns. Thank you for the detailed review.

Even though I don't usually read autobiographies of any kind, but I love the advice portion mentioned in this review. I love that it provides the reader advice and guidance on certain issues through analyzing their own issues. I am intrigued and would like to know more. I will definitely add this book to my list. Thank you for this awesome review.

Might be helpful as a self-help book that deals with the personal experiences of the author concerning substance abuse, domestic violence and similar situations. Thank you for the review!
The disappearance of the word "I am" is indeed the highest happiness! :)
