Congratulations to the reviewer; you did a fantastic job. Many people study self-help books to discover their roles and purposes in life. I haven't read many self-help books, but I'm eager to read this one because it's so practical

Self-help books are not kind of my reading so I think I will pass.

I used to read self-help books, but not so much anymore! This book does sound unique, but I have no desire to learn about remodelling and construction. I must say, however, I wish I had had a book like this when I was in the workforce! Excellent review!

Breaking the Mold by Fabian Videla does seem like a practical and engaging self-help book for those aiming to climb the corporate ladder. I am a teacher without many options for gaining seniority, so the book might not be the most practical for me personally.

i have a generally positive view of Breaking the Mold: Remodeling Your Way to Success, finding it to be a practical and engaging self-help book that provides relatable and thorough steps for the creation and thriving of a company, particularly in the construction industry. I appreciate the book's format, with each chapter having an attractive title and concluding with lessons of success and the inclusion of actionable steps for readers. The reviewer also finds the anecdotes within the book to be relatable and appreciates the practical advice provided by the author

There are so many factors that go into making a business profitable, so sometimes I am skeptical of these types of books and the results they are able to provide. However, this seems like a great self-help book that will at least improve a person's business. Congratulations on book of the day!

Loved the review and the sample although self-help is not my favorite. However, Fabian writes of personal experiences that recall childhood memories that are heart-warming. I relished his stories and the bite-sized pieces he believed in to bring success for himself. This is relatable as I now have finally learned to break things down to those achievable goals. He also explains repeatedly the difference between a job and a business. A healthy view os the business world is now more balanced in my own mind. It is wonderful to think that at this time of my life, I can still make small steps to turn my actions and dreams into a business! Congrats on being selected as BOTD.

I love self-help books about success and how to achieve it. Fabian Videla explaining the difference between a job and a business is something I would love to know about and find out possible ways I can set up a business like Videla did even during the COVID-19 pandemic, when various businesses went into bankruptcy and closed down. This is a wonderful review as it gives insight into what the reader should expect to learn from this book.

Well done reviewer for this. A self-help book by an author who is sharing their personal journey to success in business is always a win. It makes the lessons easier to relate to and also emulate. I hope the author takes note and gets an editor for proof reading and finishing of the book.

Though I have no intention to start a construction business, this book seems to have some common-sense advice for any business venture. How to create a business that won’t always require the presence of the owner sounds especially apt.
