The reviewer has brought a book forward that will help me as an individual and a member of a family, start improving my ability to communicate. From there the communication hopefully will spread exponentially with some tools provided by the writers. The reviewer brings the assurance that I will be able to digest some of the information which will be for my own use and thus pass it in to others. The assurances help me feel hope to understand many of the components of communication that I can work on. An excellent review that helps me formulate a plan of hope for those I can learn to communicate with effectively.

I do think that society does need to communicate more of not better. Social media certainly has wreaked havoc on how people uses to communicate and I would specially like to see what the authors thoughts are on this. Very insightful review. Thank you.

I am not sure if a book can accurately and effectively teach us how to properly communicate, but I do believe it can give us some insightful points and ideas on how to improve our communication skills. Lack of sympathy, understanding, and the ability to effectively communicate our thoughts and feelings has had negative results on the human race.
