The fact that it uses a personal story about the Holocaust as the basis for this book is amazing! The author spares no details in where we went wrong, as a people, during certain times in history. This is great because in today's world, people do not want to hear the cold hard truth about what has happened in the past and choose to cover it up. Love this review of such a great book!

Mr. Katz has a unique perspective on this philosophical question. It would be interesting to learn what conclusions he has come to on this subject. Thanks for your objective review of this book.

I love the book's concept, and I find it provocative to explore "the sudden resurgence of the taboo, the temporary re-engineering of morality within a certain context, the potential impact of a messianic figure, and the many possible nuances of an action or decision." Fascinating review! Thank you!

'Official Review: We live in Social Space by Fred Emil Katz' is a useful piece of information about the book for readers. The points of the review are suitable and clear. The theme of a new philosophy has been specified with enough emphasis. It confirms to me that the field of knowledge is vast and all encompassing!

Thanks for the review, using the holocaust as the main example might put of some readers but it remains one of the best examples of how our social environment can dictate our behavior, even for people who under normal circumstances would behave differently.

Is it that the new definition of terrorist is one who is immensely and brutally disrespectful of Social Space? I previously had classed some politicians and clergymen as terrorists. I wonder what enlightenment is in store for me within these pages. Great review.

I really do appreciate how the book pulled me in despite my never having studied philosophy or sociology before. There is a lot of negativity that this book deals with. However, this book is really well-organized and makes for an informative read.

Sounds like a book by a well-researched author, however, I'm not into books like this.
Thanks for the wonderful review.

After reading some of the sample I found the writing to be a bit dry and hard to get into, but seeing that the author is a holocaust survivor makes it a bit more interesting.

This would be a good book for those studying sociology or anthropology, but for an everyday read I will have to pass

The book theme is not very much inspiring for me so I will bypass this one. Great review.

There seem to be a lot of philosophical approach to this one. I do find it difficult reading philosophical books. They can be overwhelming. I'm sure it will go well with people who are inclined to these kinds of books.

In "We Live in Social Space", Fred Emil Katz assumes humans live in the confines of an external womb called social space. It explains how humans can be cruel to one another.
