Thank you for your informative review on "You Got This!" by Linda Bjork. Since I suffer with anxiety personally, I am looking forward to reading this particular book to gain insights from the author to see if there is anything new out there I can learn to help myself. Since this book is temporarily on Amazon's Kindle Unlimited and I am a member of it, this also suits me so I can put this on my list to read right away. Congratulations to the author for BOTD.

Wonderful review about the book, as someone who has anxiety as well as other mental health struggles, and works in the social work field with people that share these struggles, I am always looking to learn more about mental health, trying out new workbooks, and finding tools to support myself and those I care for. Sharing how it is split into a 30 day program, and highlighting specific things like emdr and cbt that the book educates readers on was helpful for me to understand what audience this would be best for!

“You Got This!” by Linda Bjork is an incredible book about anxiety disorders that affect 40 million American adults every year. The cost for treating this disorder averages more than $6,475 per person based on 2005 data. This self-help book provides an action plan to calm fear, anxiety, worry and stress. These disorders affect mental, cardiovascular and one's bowels. Seven detailed chapters will help readers live stress-filled lives. Having lived with anxiety for the past 15 years I am excited about reading this book. I would love to treat my anxiety without medications. The step-by-step tools provided are spread over 30-day periods and the illustrations and charts really enhance the material. Breathing techniques, journaling exercises and the power of positive affirmations will keep users on the right track. I highly recommend this book.

Not so much about the book, but I really like how you wrote this review! The format is really unique and gets to point quickly.

About the book: it's a timely choice for BOTD. I think worry, anxiety, and stress are getting us all a little more these days. Hopefully these steps are actionable.

Nice review! Although I do not have anxiety, I know several people in our family who have it, and it can be debilitating. I will have to pick up a copy of the book for them.
