Wow, Jose, this is an excellent review. We need more books like this, especially after the pandemic. Communication issues have been building across the globe for generations and this book sheds some light on what's gone wrong and how to revisit it. I agree with you about the easy way the book is worded, so everyone can understand it.

I also is wanting and wishing that the world will be in a better place. As per the review, it will give us realization on how we can communicate. This is very relatable today, especially we are again entering the normal ways of life without strict protocols. Let us start again to communicate, and to socialize understand and be kind to each person you meet cause we never know what they are going through. Good job on book of the day. Thanks for the review.

This is an excellent book to read; it helps you know how to communicate positively and correctly! communication is one of the most important aspects of our life. However, as the author mentions communication incorrectly can bring huge problems not only for one person but for a whole bunch of people.

The art of conversating has been lost; most likely due to the rise of technology. It's weird how things have changed so drastically, but this book seems to have the answers on how we can implement good communicative skills.
