This seems to be a book on holistic health care. People do have many questions regarding fitness and nutrition. It also seems to include a lot of humour. Thanks!

Roberts includes his personal stories detailing how he discovered the effects of some approaches to fitness and nutrition that he applies today.
.
An educational, inspirational read for those interested in health books. I am glad you enjoyed it, and that you only found four minor errors. However, I am not the target audience, so I will pass on this one. Thank you for the detailed review!

There is certainly a ton of information available on ways for eating healthy and staying physically fit. As we are all the same but different, it is good to research and try out the various suggestions to determine what works best for "me." I have added this book to my reading list. Great review!

This is definitely an important subject matter. We live in a society today where so many people subscribe to the belief of immediate results in the easiest way possible, but without considering the consequences first. The book appears to be well-researched & well-written by someone with the experience to effectively write about health & wellness (instead of someone who thinks they are an expert without the experience to back it up). Based on your very thorough & honest review, I'll be checking it out.

There is such an overabundance of information out there that it sure is hard to know what is real and what isn't. It sounds like the author does an excellent job of guiding the reader down what he sees as the "right" path - I just hope his views are well-supported with many credible references. Thank you for your review.

Wellness Toolbox by Don Roberts sounds good but it's not my cup of tea. I will overlook it. Nice review.

Thanks for the review! I read it at a good moment, as I just got home from a run and was trying to motivate myself to do some push-ups...
I enjoyed reading the sample on Amazon. I agree with you that the writing is refreshingly straightforward.

I'm not looking to read this kind of book at the moment but I do like that the author does an in-depth analysis of every fact and myth. It's something that I would buy a friend though.

I love how detailed today's BOTD is, especially for those who may not be as familiar with specific techniques or practices. Like you, I also appreciate the author's personal tidbits throughout; stories open the doors of trust and give readers a glance into the author's world, which is nice. They also bring personality and life to the book, while letting readers know this isn't just an opportunity to push out information. Great review! I've added this one to my WTR list. Thank you! :-)

I read the sample. It was very interesting. I think that i will try some of the advice given in the book. As a well researched document it may contain more fact than fiction.

Health is wealth, and misinformation can lead to death. I'm glad the author used his wealth of experience to educate on the right techniques and advice to follow.

Thank you so much for the great review. I love the fact that the author has researched all his information, and that he refers his readers to seek professional fitness and nutritional coaches before implementing any` methods . This book is a definitely must read for me. Thank you once again for the great review.

Interesting review. I do agree with the fact that this kind of a book is for someone who is really looking to put efforts in the exercise. Contrarily, someone who is looking for a shortcut, wouldn't even go through the trouble of reading the book :lol2:

The issue of health and wellness is one I seldom dabble in from time to time. From the looks of it, it seems the author has taken his time to pull this amazing piece together. I look forward to reading it when next I decide to pick a book of its genre. I tip my hat to the book reviewer, you did a wonderful job. :tiphat:
