I lost two of my Aunts to cancer and one of my friends survived breast cancer but it came back. Glad she shared her story too. Thanks for the review!

Cancer is a disease. The United Nations tries to combat the disease with various programs. However governments should engage more medical systems to tackle this. Thanks for the review.

This has been a journey to me and even though I've never thankfully dealt cancer cases personally, this book has given me some real insight of how it feels and I have to say it's been incredible

Nancy's story helps readers understand the trauma of cancer. I admire her courage in sharing her story and the love and compassion she showed towards her mother. This is an inspirational story that gives hope to people experiencing pain.

Thanks for giving the book for free, but no thanks I won't read it. Cancer is awful and truly terrible thing to happen and U really have no desire to give live to such experience. I may be way too emphatic, but I prefer to skip this one.

I had a splenectomy which resulted in some serious pain. I'll never forget the experience. I think in the middle of it something in me kept changing every time it happened. I can't imagine if I had to think that at the end of it I will have to die. Nice book indeed and a nice review too.

While I so sympathize with the author regarding the pain and the hassle she went through, I also wish she's more more a better person after coming out clean. Thanks for this review.

You almost made me cry with your closing quote!
I truly appreciate the honesty of this memoir and I'm sure it will be comforting and inspiring not only for people struggling with this horrible disease but to their families as well.
Thank you for such a moving review!

This book is about one of my worst fears. But, the author has taken time and painstaking effort to tell the wide world all about the reality of the disease she and her mother suffered, in the attempt to correct the overly “positive” opinions some people can spout about the C word. And it’s free, so I will try to read it. In small chunks.

Wowzer! I cried through most of the book as cancer is a close enough demon in my history and family. It was a quick read that shows a different perspective on dealing with a cancer diagnosis. Thanks for your review.

I have just finished all my cancer treatments and honestly it was a life changing experience. Cancer affects every person who is going through the experience with the patient. It runs ramped through my family and I have lost several family members because of it. Ironically my cancer was not hereditary. This book hits too close to home for me but I can see how it might appeal to others.
