Nadeem Rajah was really a unique child and it is disheartening that he was diagnosed of cancer in 2015 and this book obviously has an interesting plot.

"Nadeem’s Journey" offers a profound look into the trials of love and loss, presenting a heartrending yet inspiring narrative that champions the human spirit. Anniruth's intimate recounting of her son’s valiant fight against cancer, underscored by a mother’s unwavering support, is a poignant reminder of life’s fragility and the importance of cherishing every moment.

This story is really touching and heartbreaking for a mother seeing her son, with a promising and bright future, die at a young age. Cancer still remains a deadly disease in our lives, and I hope a solution to it will be found. Congratulations to the BOTD author!

Congrats on BOTD!
Kibet Hillary, you wrote a clear and insightful assessment. You made a suggestion in it that the different medical professionals involved in this case might not have given him the personalized attention he needed. his mother's method of honoring him and showcasing his kindness.

How wonderful it is to read realistic stories, and how wonderful it is to follow them word for word and paragraph by paragraph until the end, and today’s novel titled “Nadeems Journey” by Sherine Anniruth” falls within this framework not only because it is a realistic story, but also because it is a very touching story of a diligent, hardworking and beloved child. By his mother and colleagues, he will suddenly be exposed to cancer, and here begins the story of pain and suffering for the mother who saw in her son all the meanings of life. Successful review

A mother's love is indeed extraordinary, that's what I thought when reading this book. Your review describes it well, that this book is not just about a mother's love, but about a man who never gives up despite facing death. I feel grateful his mother wrote this book for him, making it one of the books I want to read. Thank you for your review, it really paints a clear picture of this book.
Your Sincerely

Thank you for your excellent review of Nadeem's Journey as told by his mother, Sherine Anniruth. There was nothing I didn't like when I sampled the Kindle edition. A courageous family endured many hardships when emigrating from South Africa to Perth, Western Australia, with just a few clothes. As they struggled to adjust to a new culture and financially survive, thirteen-year-old Hadeem, the eldest of three siblings, would take it all in stride to excel in sports and academics and become a successful civil engineer. When he was at the peak of success in his life, he received a devastating diagnosis of terminal cancer at the age of 25. This novel is gripping, compelling, heartfelt, and beautifully told through the loving soul of a strong, grieving, adoring mother losing a courageous son. I recommend this story to those grieving the loss of a loved one.

The book's portrayal of grief, which is somewhat uncensored and shallow, can give those who are going through similar grief validation and a roadmap. Anniruth immortalizes the struggles of her son Nadeem to fight against a dreaded disease, from the way a gush of horrible news hit her to the way his heartbreaking decline ended the fight.
