I love that the book promotes meditation as an effective way of fighting illnesses that leads to wellness. This is a book I would love to read. Thanks for an amazing review.

A book on spirituality not focusing on religion as its center point is a good book for me. I tend to be put off by too much talk of a particular religion because then it narrows down the possibilities of discussion and understanding for people of other religions. It is a big plus that the book has been reviewed by someone who has experience with meditation. Meditating with sounds (or mantras) is already a part of Indian meditation practices and I can see as to how meditating with sounds can make you focus better. Great review!

A nice effort to demystify our thoughts on spirituality, and to describe it in a practical sense by the author in his book "Spirituality for REAL" by WakunDaMa. The book stresses on the fact that the illness and mortality are actually a change given to expand one's experience of spirituality. Connection of body and soul through Chakra and energy appears impressive.
life is only knowing the unknown, we can do this by reading books easily- Online book club is a great place for this. This is what I believe.

It sounds like an interesting book. I am curious about everything you mentioned. It is facinating how our minds work, and I like that this is subject close to the author. Great review.

I was thinking of yoga when I sampled the book. I appreciate the reviewer EvaDar for spelling it out for me. Even if it is just "a form of yoga". As a teacher of meditation, I am sure EvaDar is in a good position to review and assess the book.
I believe the method described can help many people and the humility displayed in the style of the author is commendable.

Although I’m no expert, I do enjoy books that explore the relationship between body, mind, and spirit, with an emphasis on meditation. I may give this one a look. Thanks for the review, EvaDar. :techie-studyingbrown:

I wouldn't say that I know much about spirituality and so I will have to read Spirituality for REAL by WakunDaMa and explore it with the hope that it will answer the series of questions I have on spirituality. As per the review, the book sounds amazing. Great review.

Good review glad that the author had to use qualifiers such as "maybe" to insist that this is his preference in matters meditation

The book undoubtedly interesting. I always enjoy the subject of spirituality. The common grounds of spirituality in every religion is the purity of soul and mind. Thanks for this nice review.

I am not a spiritual guy, but it does not hinder me from reading spiritual books. Seemingly this book has something different from what we usually see as spiritual books. I would like to give this a try. Congratulations on being BOTD and thanks for the free giveaway
