I find the book really interesting, although I am still confused about its genre. (Is it fiction or non-fiction?) I also like how concise and insightful your review is! You are able to offer important facts about the book and your opinion and insights that is significantly helpful for readers deciding if they will purchase the title.

I suspect that the stories are mostly true, but the author claims they are fiction to protect identities.

It’s amazing how the story has an autobiographical form when in the actual sense, it isn’t. I enjoyed your review.
