As a personal rule, I avoid self-help books. However, I believe that you cannot live your best life if you keep on hiding behind masks. You need to be true and honest with yourself if you want to build solid foundations. People who struggle to let go of masks will benefit from this book.

This book sounds interesting, undoubtably the author has lots of academic and real world experience.
We've longed to see the roses, but never felt the thorns
And bought our pretty crowns, but never paid the price
Find me in the river, find me there
Find me on my knees with my soul laid bare

Non-fiction is really not my genre and subject matter of this book is most definitely isn't in sphere of my interest. Moreover, I don't believe literature of this kind can teach you anything useful, after all my auntie read a lot of it and it helped her none.

I think many readers will be interested in learning how to make a difference and be loved for who they are. I agree that authenticity is crucial to development and happiness. The book review was thorough and included many helpful points. Congratulations to Tony J. Selmi.

While it sounds like Tony has penned a very well-written novel that could help many people, it just doesn't seem to draw me in. I don't often enjoy "self-help" books, so its not unusual that I don't find the concept of this one particularly interesting. Fantastic review though. Very well-done!

I like to believe that most people are authentic and true to themselves. I try not to judge others, and although this book sounds thought-provoking, I am not interested in reading it because of the lack of professional editing. Thank you for your review.

The combination of different fields in coming up with the book interested me. The book will be helpful for someone to really know who he is and what's he is becoming.

The book is informative and philosophical. It provides insights into how one can upgrade the standard of his life's culture. It would be good to read, so one can see how practicable and true the prescribed codes are. A review well done!

The BOTD is a guide to becoming your authentic self. A message to be able to live a balanced life by following the steps in this book could appeal to anyone who has a chaotic life. I agree that the repetition and errors would prevent me from reading this book. Nice review.
