I like this review since the author encourages the readers to question their paradigms and also the author is able to describe how to connect with people and with nature as she suggests that we should go for a walk and be open to experiencing a connection.

Fascinating book from an inspiring author! I am one of those who always questioned why things had to be done, the way it was done. Realized that it is termed as Paradigms. Hoping for more such interesting facts and things to learn from this book!

It is too common for people to hold themselves back from reaching their greatest self. I love how the author incorporated scientific information and evidence to show readers how to achieve their individual greatness. I commend the author for putting her life , experiences (both good and difficult) and dedication into a book that could help others see what is holding them back.
