At first, I thought this was a fictional book. Then I went on and realized that it was someone's real life story. Sounds inspirational how her world was shuttered into pieces by numerous setbacks occurring simultaneously to her and how she managed to rise up again and excel in her new field of work. The Reality Check Quiz also seems like fun. Great review.

I would love to read this book. It really shows what a woman can do on her own. She doesn't need any man to back her up.

This is a very nice book, the prologue was funny and intriguing, which made me want to read the book, as I was reading the book I couldn´t help but relate with Nico, in the sense of sometimes in life we feel like everything is just going wrong, but she didnt lose her hope and kept fighting.

This is one of the many reasons why trust has become a very scarce commodity in society today. To think that someone you trust that much would end up stabbing you in the back is scary. I also commend her bravery in that she was able to bounce back. Indeed, as they say "The downfall of a man is never the end of his life". Great review and congratulations on BOTD.

Nico has had it rough sitting without any children, a husband that divorced her, and without a job. She shows spirit, motivation and determination in starting over and picking herself up again. Well done on a great review and for #BOTD!

I'm not much into real estate but I'm always up to reliving the 80s and 90s. I hope the author fixes the mistakes you mentioned.

Today's BOTD is a collection of real-life experiences from a real estate agent during the 80s and 90s. Ranging from serious and challenging to humorous and light-hearted, these nonfiction stories sound great for readers of all types, as they are relatable and entertaining. Thank you for the awesome review! :-)

You gotta admire Nico for her grit and perseverance to lift herself up amidst the negative things that happened to her. I want to read this, I’m sure to be inspired by her.

Going through this book, I could see that Nico really went through a lot. It has both the reality aspect and the emotional aspect of life. I love that she was able to build everything back up for herself. This is a wonderful book.

The strength Griffith shows in this book is admirable. Some may have faced similar situations but couldn't make it through. I hope her story becomes a source of inspiration for others. Congrats on BOTD!
