Obesity is a sad health condition and I do agree that the helplessness of obese people can lead to depression. Many methods abound for tackling obesity: pharmaceutical, herbal, ketogenic care and so on that I have read. I can add the methods advised here to my list. It's interesting to know the methods worked for the author and gladdening that he's nice enough to share them

This book sounds like the diet plan actually works but I am concerned about the time it takes for the diet to work. This can be discouraging to a lot of dieters. Thank you for your review.

While the diet proposed by this book seems outlandish at first, the author's health results are impressive. I can definitely see why he wanted to share his experience with the world. I agree that the frequent bolding and underlining make the writing come off a bit sketchy, and it was distracting for me. Nonetheless, thanks for the great review!

Great review. I have only read the sample, but you seem to have written a very comprehensive review.
Side note -- the book is hilarious!

Being overweight is a big problem. Nowadays it is common. Unfortunately, no doctor has discovered a better effective way of losing weight. I hope the discovery by the author will help many. Thanks for the suspenseful review. No tip on how the author did it.

Reading a book about diet and weight loss could definitely be helpful, but I'm not sure that the author's beliefs align with mine, so I won't be reading this book. I also don't feel like I need it, but there are many people that could use it.

This is an instructional and helpful book for those searching for a way to loose weight while still eating the foods they love. I can relate to the author since I have also experienced losing weight in the past. I'm curious fo know what unique way the author has found to lose weight and if it is similar to my experience. Congrats on the BOTD!

Weight loss is such a major challenge for a lot of people that they will relate to this book. I find it interesting that the author adopted a program that worked for him and shared it with a wider audience through his book.

This book sounds extremely interesting. I also like the comedic aspect of the “good” “God” foods haha. Congratulations on book the day!

I have lots of people around me on a constant look out on how to reduce their weight. I am putting into practice what this book preached. If it works for me, then I am passing it around. Thanks for the review. I am reading this book.

Weight loss is certainly an issue that a lot of people struggle with. What I am most impressed with is the claim that the author's diet helps you maintain the weight loss. This is often one of the harder parts of weight loss so I am eager to read about the techniques the author uses to achieve this. This book seems quite useful so congratulations on BOTD.

I wonder why it's called the GOD food diet. At first I thought it's a spelling error, but it turns out that it's meant to be that way. I'm not a fan of self-help books though, so I'll be skipping it.
