One way to success consists in reading the story of those who have achieved high goals. Empowering employees is a very good point and is often neglected.

It's always helpful to read books of people who achieved success despite of having to face obstacles. Great review!

Nice review. Though am not into the construction industry, I believe that this book may contribute a lot to the growth of my business because most business principles are the same.

Breaking the mould
Not a fan of self help books.
In going forward to 2024, post Covid-19 and the dismantling of the 60’s era from 1958 in 2021 this self help book finalises in the phrase; be careful who you let drive your car.
How to dismantle 2 years post the previous wreckage of $141,000.
2 out of 4
Congratulations on being BOTD.

I personally enjoy books that come with a bit of real-life stories. It keeps me hooked.
The title of the book is cliché but I'd read it because of the real-life stories

This sounds like an excellent book for anyone wanting to start a successful business. Although it is based on a Construction business every business has certain guidelines that have to be followed. Thanks for the great review!
