This book is enlightening, and it is true that communication is important for maintaining a healthy lifestyle for humans in daily tasks. Life would be harsh without communication. This seems like a no-brainer, but I think this is a book everyone needs to read to get back on track. Social media, texting, and Covid have really effected our communication in a negative way.

I really liked how the author presented the book. Indeed, communication in our daily activities is an important factor in human sustainability and health. Life will be cruel without communication. I thought the writer did an excellent job of emphasizing the dangers of poor or non-existent communication. BOTD, congratulations!

This is a book I definitely need to read. Considering the fact that I suck at communication and refuse to acknowledge that it's my fault when the relationships I have with people start falling out, I'd safely say I need the extra help.
