While the concept of the "I" in team is unique, the other lessons are familiar. I think the book isn't for an old dog like me. Younger people may stand to learn much though. I wonder if the authors are related and form a team.

My mum will always say " you can't give what you don't have" and the author is also trying to say the same thing. If you don't develop yourself, you won't be beneficial to a team. I love how the author was trying to educate readers on the importance of self development. Nice review.
