I love reading self-help books like Margo Spilde's 'Live Your Life of Abundance' with an overdose of motivation, encouragement, and activities. A life void of carefully crafted goals is a disaster waiting to happen. Thanks for your informative review.

I wholeheartedly agree with the author's comparison of navigating through life without clear goals to aimlessly driving in search of a vacation destination. Great review 👍

This motivational, interactive book is filled with suggestions, examples, experiments, strategies, success tips, and calls to action. My favorite key points were to free yourself from negativity and to avoid procrastination to live with purpose. The author invites the reader to be receptive and willing to be transformed to live a life of abundance. Terrific book review!

I like self-help books that include exercises, as you mentioned, and keeping a journal is a helpful tool. I wonder how religious the book is, though. She mentioned God in the very first line of the prelude, and that suggests there may be religious leanings here. As you haven't mentioned it in your review, am I safe to assume that my concerns aren't valid?

I have never kept a journal. However, with the book's exercises and writing things down in a journal, maybe, I can clear my interests and likes and set goals. The resources on the author's website and the financial explanations are relevant aspects.

Although I don't like journals, the book's review is making me reconsider my position. The first step to success is determining your goals.

Thank you for sharing your review of the book "Live Your Life of Abundance" by Margo Spilde. It sounds like you found the book to be enlightening and practical same way as I did, with helpful exercises and advice for readers to identify and accomplish their goals. The concept of journaling particularly stood out for me as a valuable tool in clarifying our goals and interests. I also appreciate the author's personal examples and genuine interest in helping readers succeed. Overall, I highly recommend the book to those seeking to achieve their goals and live a fulfilling life.
It really deserves BOTD.
