I guess it's a vice that affects even those in the highest offices. Corruption can really cause serious problems in the society. A very thought-provoking book. Congrats on bagging the #BOTD and kudos on the insightful review.

Being a leader and being a boss is two different things. I find this is a great book to read to get an idea about being a good leader. The review is very impressive and interesting. Thank you.

Wooow!I love your way of analysing this book since it has a serious beneficial thought to the business sector or enterprenuors.Management of Chelan county was so much based on corruption but not on skillful thoughts which was so risky for the citizens of the county.

Well summarised about the book. Your commentary on the characters' bravery and integrity reflects the book's content and theme accurately.Making someone who doesn’t know anything about the business the position of authority is planning to fail. Well-written review!

Power comes with consequences or a price. The first half of the book was very insightful. Gordon showed great bravery and perseverance. Also, I agree that control shouldn't be given to someone with little to no experience. That's the start of chaos. Thank you for writing a thorough and insightful review!

Misuse of power in the corporate world is becoming more and more common nowadays, unfortunately. This book talk about the aftermath of such a situation and that makes it a great read for people of the corporate world. Congrats on BOTD!

This book is really wonderful, kudos to the author
I loved how courageous mark was including the other IT staff members
I think the most highlighted part was the saying that a position should not be given to some that have little to no experience at all about it
There is absolutely nothing to hate about this book honestly.

Gordon Graham's book, The Intrepid Brotherhood: Public Power, Corruption, and Whistleblowing in the Pacific Northwest, details his experiences before filing a contentious whistle-blower petition with the Chelan County Public Utility District. constituted as a non-profit municipal company in accordance with state law. I realized it must be worthwhile to read this book after reading your very thoroughly stated review and sample.I appreciate your kind review.

In a world where control and power can corrupt even the most ethical organizations, "The Intrepid Brotherhood" serves as a timely reminder of the importance of whistleblowers and individuals who stand up for professional values and integrity. This memoir is a must-read for anyone interested in the dynamics of organizational corruption and the resilience of those who seek to restore honor to their workplace.

Very thorough review! Desiring and seeking power (in any form, really) continues to bring out the absolute best and worst in all of us as human beings. There will always be a need for stories like this, where all of that behavior is put on full display. The only way anything or anyone can improve moving forward is if we have the full reality of the damage that’s already been done and keeps being perpetuated.

The Intrepid Brotherhood" by Gordon Graham sounds interesting. Little to no knowledge of the given task or position, as was the case in Chelan County PUD. I totally agree with this. Some companies failurity connected with this point.

Unfortunately, power abuse in the business sector is on the rise right now. This book is an excellent choice for readers in the corporate sector because it discusses what happens following such an event.
