Reading about how an individual overcame a particular adversity can be inspiring, encouraging, and can teach one valuable life and relationship lessons. In this particular book the author has overcame a few devastating challenges with positivity, therefore this book should have invaluable insight. I have already downloaded a copy, and I cannot wait to start reading it. In addition, this review is really captivating, and it drives one to read the book. Well done.

A woman who learned to let go of her need for control after a traumatic accident. The book is a candid and inspiring account of how she faced her fears, embraced her vulnerability, and found strength in the still moments.

By the review, it looks like it's a story of a person having difficult times in her life, starting with a car accident and continuing with a cancer diagnosis. The storytelling style looks honest, with a sense of humor. This can be a good recommendation for those who like memoirs with challenging life experiences.

Excellente book, By Accident: is a powerful and inspiring read that chronicles Joanne's incredible journey of survival and resilience. The book opens with a gripping account of her traumatic accident, which she was able to overcome with remarkable strength. However, the challenges did not end there as Joanne was then diagnosed with stage one colon cancer, which was emotionally devastating for her.

The memoir is a testament to Joanne's fighting spirit and determination to overcome adversity. It is also a poignant exploration of grief and loss, as she was the only surviving member of her nuclear family. Through her candid storytelling and introspection, Joanne offers readers a glimpse into her life and the lessons she learned along the way.

This seems to be an exciting memoir. The author vividly recounts her path to recovery and personal growth following a life-changing accident where she was struck by a truck. Despite the accident's severity, she survives and emerges even stronger. However, her journey takes another problematic turn when she's diagnosed with stage one colon cancer, making her the sole surviving member of her family. Her story is an inspiring testament to her resilience and survival. Lovers of memoirs will love this book. Thanks for the review.

Excellent review. Thanks. I enjoy reading memoirs because they make me reflect deeply on many things that are frequently taken for granted. This seems to be one of those priceless pieces that inspires and provokes contemplation.

Wow! I read the introduction of the book from the sample and was amazed by how vividly she recalled so many details of such a terrible circumstance. It pulled me in immediately. Based on that, I can only imagine how many twists and turns await in the rest of the book…and can’t wait to find out! Congratulations to the author for BOTD!

A wonderful review. I read the free sample pages of the book as well and I also loved the honest simplicity expressed by Joanne , despite her accident, the incident was not over dramatized in the constructs of her memoir.
The themes presented in this book are so encouraging, as we all face battles and it's good to relate tho those who have faced battles like Joanne and borrow from her courage and resilience. Thank you.

I would like to thank the critic for its well-chosen words which go to the heart, because now I only have an idea in my head how Jeanne Green was able to survive all these misfortunes

Thank you for mentioning that this book was not heavy. I find this book interesting, but I am not sure if I will read it. It is difficult for me to read about someone suffering from health issues.
I love that there is a supportive husband in the author's story. I am a die-hard fan of romance and look for it in every situation.
This is an excellent review. I do not read memoirs, but your words urge me to pick this book up. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this work in such an elegant manner.

"By Accident" by Joanne Greene. An interesting book, talks about Joanne and her traumatic experience, she was been hit by a truck accidentally. Being the only survivor of her family she went through colon cancer and that was a though experience for her. Her husband Fred was supportive right from day one and this kept her hope alive. Congrats on your #BOTD.
