Nice review.
Communication is most important to be learned and practiced in early stages of life to be successful in life. Fortunately, we have many authors who describe elaborately about communication and the steps to enhance our skills. Thank a lot to the authors who writes books about communication because many people struggle to communicate in a correct way. And they fail to meet their needs in life. Especially introverted people. By practicing the activities and teaching in this book I can improve my communication skills a lot. As everything can be learned if we practice. The review inspired me to read the entire book and i will sure do it.
Thanks a lot for the review.
Congratulations and best wishes.

Communication is essential and this book demonstrates how the way we communicate says a lot about ourselves. When we think of health or well-being, we often place the majority of our focus only on the physical aspect but the authors have done an excellent job in proving how our overall health, whether physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual is all interconnected, and how it eventually has a massive impact on our community skills. This book is very informative. I've only just started reading it now and have already made numerous bookmarkings that I found quite interesting. I agree with the layout that is well organized and I'm curious to read about the behavioral type of communication as mentioned in the review.

Back in the day, when I used to train adults in methods of interpersonal communication, I would have pounced on this book as a reference for my students. It's well-written and it provides insight into an extremely important topic that is relevant in both social and professional situations. Kudos to the authors.

Healthy communication is what is needed in relationships, especially between married people. It is a crucial ingredient to a happy, long-lasting marriage. Children need to communicate more with their parents and their friends instead of being constantly on their phones. Congrats on the great review!

I enjoyed the writers' attention to detail! They appeared to have worked very hard to include as much detail as possible in their allegations. One big bonus in my opinion is that there are workouts for us to practice. I will read this for sure. I really appreciate your thorough evaluation. Congrats on BOTD

Great review! As someone who has had to (and still does) take the time to learn and understand basically anything and everything about communication (especially empathy, in fact) for the sake of properly navigating my mental health journey, this is a non-fiction work that I could get into!
