Although this one isn't for me, it definitely seems to have hit home for you. That is what makes the wide range of literature so accessible; there is something for everyone. Thank you for the review.

Great review. Stories of the power of prayer and faith in God sounds wonderful. I couldn't imagine having to hide my faith. Congrats on being BOTD.

This book sounds so amazing! I myself am a TCK and I enjoy reading books about other Christians struggling with the same things that I struggle with. Also, thank you for this review.

This is a genre that I don't care to read, although I did enjoy reading your review. Nice job!

This seems like an excellent collection of stories! My favorite thing about missionary stories is how the travel adventure element is usually entwined with a testing of faith, and this book promises a rich array of lessons.

Thank you for sharing your review. I have read the sample portion from Amazon and it appears well written and edited. The first story was exciting and intriguing. I would definitely read this book. First person stories of courage and spirituality are important motivators. I grew up hearing such stories in my local church as missionaries traveled through, and this book reminded me that YES, God is alive and active in our lives when we allow Him to be!!

Christian fiction is not my cup of tea, but if the book is well written, kudos to the author!

Great job on the review! This sounds like a very uplifting book, so I can see how it might appeal to readers. Unfortunately, it's not my type of book, so I doubt I will end up reading it.
