These seem like effective strategies for growing a business. The growth lab teams are an exceptional way to listen to employees and take their suggestions for improvement. The employees are usually te ones who can see better if a specific solution will work or not. Congratulations on BOTD!

Goal setting is so needed these days. Proverbs 29:18 says, "Where there is no vision, the people perish." This book sounds like a must-read for those who want to build a successful business. All the terms used in the review sounded complicated, but I"'m sure the book would shed light on these terms. Thanks for a good, honest review.

This book shapes up to be one to help readers achieve their goals faster and become more productive. The 2Y3X sounds like a code to always keep at the back of one's mind. I'd love to see how the author broke it down.

Velarde’s insights into the formation and role of a Growth Lab Team (GLT) underscore the importance of fostering a culture of competence and commitment, rather than relying on traditional hierarchies.
