Gardiner deals with the true meaning of trust in terms of God in the confines of Christianity. The author also discusses how trust is exhibited and provides an array of biblical examples that emphasize this. The author also incorporates uplifting songs as a means of expressing her core message, which serves to uplift the reader while reinforcing the value of trust and faith and the importance of obeying God's commandments.

It highlights the importance of trust, what is it and how powerful and meaningful it can be in our lives. The book has the power to uplift anybody passing through any kind of life because the author has provided a pack of her personal experience and how trust has played a big role in her life.
I rate it 5 out of 5 and highly recommend it.
