I liked the review as it helped me to picturize the book in my mind without spoiling the story and other components of the book.
About the book, the book is completely reflecting that author has a clear picture about spirituality. Spirituality is the topic which always triggers my mind and I am always ready to know more about it. I hope this book will help me to gain more information and knowledge in the field of spirituality.

I am neither a religious guy nor a believer of spiritual things. I believe in what I see and feel, the physical world. So, I find no interest in myself to read this book. Anyway it seems a good book and will be admired by many. Congratulations on being BOTD

I like the idea that there is a little something for everyone to take away from this book to help them in their spiritual journey. When I was a young girl my dad taught me that there is a piece of truth in all things, but all truth is not in any one thing. It seems that the author was of that same frame of mind. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of your review.

It is good that the book is well written and easy to understand. It seems that the author touches on a lot of different things, and as you mentioned, the readers do not have to believe every single point. Readers can surely grab on to the things that sound right and good. Eating healthy, exercising, and meditation are some of the good things from the book. I like that the author shares his stories about living in the Amazon and in Japan.

The author's life seems interesting to read about. He sprinkles in spiritual lessons and practical applications. I'm not interested in self-help books right now, but I'll keep it in mind for the future.

To meet Jesus in a dream as child, I can definitely see as a memorable experience. It's great to know that this is both inspirational and humorous. I've never heard of a vision quest, but it's interesting that it took the author to different places as a spiritual seeker and teacher. I like that he gives people instructional exercises, as well as, taking the best of every teaching and making it your own. Personally, I'm not a fan of reading about what others think the afterlife may be, but I do like the dancing wildly at home. :) I'm glad that you were left pondering after you finished reading and that there were no grammatical errors. Not sure if this is for me, but I'm glad you enjoyed the book!

I like the idea of taking what works and leaving the rest behind--a technique I've heard applied to yoga many times. This sounds like a great resource for inner searching. Thanks for your review!

Very good review. I really enjoyed this book, so much so that I also did a review on it. You can't see yourself "dancing wildly" at home? :banana-angel: Thanks for review. It is beginning to change my life also. (I haven't tried the dancing either)

Thanks for your review! I'm glad you liked the book and found it to be very well edited. Although I practice meditation sometimes, I have a rather traditional view towards religion and don't feel that this book would change my belief system. Therefore, I don't think that this book is one that I would be interested in reading.

This sounds like it may just be an interesting book and not at all what I assumed it to be. So I am going to give it a chance and add it to my want to read list.

The author has shared his promise to oneself in his young age and his struggles to fulfill it in his life. It's a memoir on a spiritual awakening. I like the idea of spirituality, yoga, and healthy eating. I think as the young generation is interested in meditation and healthy eating it will be loved by many. It's a literary journey towards betterment if you read it with an open mind. Congrats on being a BOTD. 💐💐👍🏻👍🏻

The author speaks of his journey to spirituality, which he found by collecting useful bits from various beliefs. An introduction to Christianity during his childhood sparked his curiosity, and the flame has burned bright since.

Thank you for bringing up some points that might make some readers cringe. Books such as these, and I read a lot of them, do have a tendency to step on toes while enlightening others. I was planning on reviewing this book, and I believe I will after reading the sample pages and your review. I’m not a big fan of reincarnation, but like you said, I can easily toss out what doesn’t resonate with me. Great job on this!
