I am currently reading the book. It is worth noting that there has been extensive research on the topic. Each time there is a debate on tithing and giving of seeds, there is usually a lot of emotions in response to the topic.

The scriptures ought to be the sole guide in determining the doctrinal disputes. However, arguments based on personal sentiments and emotions have dominated the tithing debate. It is normal to expect a heated debate on such a topic as tithes and seeds are a major source of finance in the denominational treasury. With almost certain income one sees a lavish lifestyle and immense influence over societal matters being wielded by some megachurches in some countries.

Well, I congratulate you on a bold step in reviewing this book despite your Islamic faith.
