This is my type of book with insightful content on how to overcome food addiction and obesity. Who better to give advice than one who has walked the journey so we get practical not just theoretical advice. The mind as they say is the battlefield where we lose or win any battle. Looking forward to reading this and sharing nuggets with friends. Great review!

What we eat becomes what we are. SO take care of what we consume. This small sentence actually hooked me and so, I am going to read and find out how interesting this book is.

It sounds like this will be a book to help change your outlook at weight loss instead of just focusing on diet and exercise. Thanks for the review, I may have to give it a try.

I am not into diet but I would love to read about the health tips and ingredients to avoid overeating. I would read this book as a reference guide from time to time.

Seems like an interesting and a useful book to a particular set of people, who has a problem with either their eating or weight. I will pass on this one since it is not quite my type of reading material. Anyway thanks for the free giveaway and congratulations on being BOTD

The book ZEAUS DEFIED, was carved out of Rez Khan (Author of ZEAUS DEFIED) personal painful health experience so many years back in the hand of excess weight, though, it may be advantageous in some quarters.

It is a book that displays the complete approach to eradicate, control and manage both weight loss and gain, for both could be beneficial depending on individual health status.

It went further to expose and erase the believe that engaging oneself in exercises is an antidote to weigth loss, however, it gives vitality to human system if adequately applied.

The author has indeed done a tourough job on the edit leading to give 3 to 4 score.

I hereby recommend this book to everyone.

I don't really know anything about weight loss books, but from what I gather from your review, it seems like the author does a thorough job of explaining their techniques. Thanks for the comprehensive review.
Give me the courage to get through this week...or at least a big bar of chocolate :D

Thanks for the review, but I just don't care for self-help books and, though I can stand to lose some weight, this will not be the exception. The greek metaphor sounds interesting, but not enough for me to read this.

I like how the author talks about the mental aspects to obesity along with the physical ones. This sounds like a good resource. Thanks for your review.

Well, the title did not give me the slightest hint about the content. Also, I like the author's take on weight loss and dieting.

Thank you for the great review.

I think this could be a very useful book. Even if I don’t agree with the weight obsessed culture, it’s a fact that a healthy weight is important.
I agree that subtle changes and a mindset adjustment can make a difference in most cases and I’m glad the book is well researched, because there are a lot of snake oil salesman in the weight loss market.
Your review is thorough and objective, thank you.

The author's positive approach to diet and weight loss stems from years of struggle. He compresses his wisdom into nine points, which are meant to aid those who embark on their journey. The most impressive is that before one starts cleaning out the plate, clearing the mind should be a top priority.
