I really have to disagree with you on your point of religion. As I wrote in my own review of this book: I think the entire book is structured upon Christian rhetoric and biblical principles. The contents page alone is littered with phrases like, "I AM" which is a significant subject of study in Christology; "Marvelously Made" a core scripture in Christianity; and the self-explanatory, "Thy Kingdom Come." Yes, he also references other 'old wisdom' but there is a clear hierarchy where Christianity takes precedence.
Thank you for the review, it summarises the book quite well.

Niens Now wrote: 10 Sep 2021, 06:19 I was drawn to the title, but your review makes it sound overly religious, so not my cup of tea. Thank you for a lovely review.
Niens, this book is not overly religious, at all. Believe me, even people of other religions or atheists will not feel offended by this book. The few quoted bible verses only form part of the sages of the past. Nothing preachy.
I hear you, but I have a great aversion to books that have been used in the indoctrination of people, whether people choose to see them as wise or not. So other books that quote those books are not on my list of priorities. This is in no way a criticism of those that choose to see this differently, simply my own choice.
I read the book and I found an air of disingenuousness that disappointed me. I know the author probably never meant for it to come across that way but Christianity does seem to be the prevailing 'old wisdom.'

A book that articulates the fundamental truths and timeless principles that help readers reach a new echelon of ultimate understanding, where our “miss-understanding” (an opinion we hold of ourselves that misses the mark completely) is captured, and our authentic self is unchained and given the wheel sounds great. Congrats on being the #BOTD!

In the presentation entitled, Beware the Intruder, Rob White makes sense of about an interloper in our cognizance that keeps us from accomplishing our objectives and dreams. These are the negative considerations we have that disrupt our movement throughout everyday life. An inquiry is presented to the perusers, "Are you prepared to accomplish ... the everyday routine you fantasy about experiencing?" This book was composed to assist us with breaking those psychological boundaries that keep us away from progress and joy.
In a segment called, The Map, a more peculiar presents you with a fortune map that will show you the way to a Kingdom of limitless potential outcomes. The guide gets attacked 4 pieces and the writer has observed the bits of this fortune guide to make this four section book for us. White states, "You will become hopelessly enamored with yourself again..."
In Chapter 1, the ideas are somewhat profound. They cover how we recieve the world we live in. "Your reality is a mirror.", he composes. It reflects back to us what we undertaking to it. There are a few exceptionally fascinating thoughts inside the pages that will make you think.
There is a part called Healthy Questions that I viewed as supportive. When we are going through an unpleasant time in our lives, we will generally inquire, "For what reason is this event to me?" or " What is the matter with me?". These White calls unfortunate inquiries since they set out to accuse us. A superior inquiry to pose is, "How might I gain from this present circumstance?". This seems like a word of wisdom.
This is a great self improvement guide for individuals who need to find out about themselves. There are great statements that go with the themes and areas with mindfulness practices that urge perusers to take part by addressing questions genuinely. This book assists perusers with figuring out how to have a more inspirational perspective and perspective.

"The Maestro Monologue" by Rob White. An interesting book talks about the growth of ones well-being. It explains that we need to understand our real selves and the hidden talents, skills and strength that is naturally in us.

It also talks about the intruder that has made us not to see our potentials, intruder could be our environment, parents or our comfort zone. Congrats on #BOTD.
