I have always believed, that one of the ways to make self-help books impactful to the readers is by honestly writing about your struggles and experiences, this is exactly what this author has done, this is one for me to read.

Your issue with the inadequacies of transitions in the review's conclusion seem to come out of nowhere. Perhaps a few remarks earlier in the review would support your rating.

Self-help books will always be important in my view. I look at self-improvement or development as a lifetime journey. The author also encourages helping others something that I resonate with. Thank you for this review. I will be checking this one.

The title of the book made me so curious that i had ro go through it.This review is also great.Tbe author displays the actual meaning of serving people and helping them in times of need. She also doesn't leave herself behind but goes a head to equip herself with skills in marketing and other international works.

I enjoyed your thorough review and glad to hear that this autobiography was more than sharing a story. There were practical lessons to learn from the book and I think that is a value add to the enjoyment of the book. Thanks for your review.

Thank you for your review, I especially liked the quotes that you included from the book.

I've added this book to my bookshelf to read because of this review. It sounds like a book that I would really enjoy, besides the rough transitions, like you mentioned. But that might be something that could add more character as there aren't many smooth transitions in life, right? :)

I'd enjoy reading this book because It's interesting how she turned an event in life that most people really stress out about and might end up becoming more obsessed about, is losing their job. Instead she turned this event into an opportunity to serve people. How wonderfully sefless!
Positively Seas the Day,

Thank you for the review. From time to time I do enjoy diving into a good self-help book, just to remind myself that we have to take care of ourselves as well as others. But I am concerned after reading this review that this book might come off as being overly optimistic to the point of being sugarcoated. Hopefully that’s not the case. But with my already crowded reading shelf, I think I will not be adding this to my “want to read” list.

Based on the title and cover I thought this was a children's book. I don't usually get much out of self help books and avoid autobiographies like the plague. Still the review is thorough and easy to understand.
