The book is a lighthouse for sailors in life who are lost in their journey of self-discovery. It is a tour de force on the revelation of a greater understanding of the extraordinary resources that come with being a human being.
The review is awesome.

I have always scrolled past this book when selecting my choice of read because of the name, which sounds philosophical. But I believe from your review that this book is a great self-help book and I would gladly obliged to engage this book. Thanks for a wonderful review.
Many books can inform you but there's only one that can transform you(The Holy Bible). Pls don't forget to drop a comment for this review. Thanks. :D :tiphat:

Hmmmm, sounds motivational. I guess it ain't spiritual, just philosophical and highly mental. I had seen this work before, but I couldn't read it. Maybe I should have a look. Kudos to the reviewer though, he did a good job.

I have read and reviewed this book before, and I am sad to say that I did not like it as much as you did. I found it overcomplicating and repetitive, but I do think that the exercises provided in the book are quite helpful, and some passages are inspiring in their true form.

Thank you so much for the review!

I did not enjoy reading this book. I admit, it's a great self-help book and helps people confront their state of comfortable mental and physical laziness. However, the author could have developed this book better. What we see are theories without substantial backing or evident results.

I am glad that the author does not just diagnose the problem, but also offers the remedy that each person can use to uncover their true selves. It will be great to undertake this journey of self-reflection. Thanks for the amazing review.
