Many lessons, tips and guidelines for success in life. I found the information to be helpful and of definite value as something which could greatly improve lives.
Feeling upset sometimes may be unavoidable, but acting distressed is always optional.

It seems to be a really well structured self-help book which talks about ideas which could be applied in our practical lives. Thank you for the review!

I won't categorise it into a self help book, it's much more. It's witty. It's great. It's wonderful. The cover alone picturised the coolness of the book.

Your review helped me to gain interest in this #SelfHelp book. I looked at the book title, i went down to check the hash tags and find #SelfHelp, #Motivational and i started to ask myself if the book could be mine to read. But after reading your review i felt it compelling to read the book, really the book is very good for all of who want success in life. Thanks for your review.

Thank you for this excellent review! I'm sure I would enjoy reading this book, although your review alone summarises it so well that it's perhaps enough to put into practice. It sounds like this author has had enough of these airy-fairy self-help books and got to the crux of the problem, telling readers to truly take responsibility for themselves. I like the fact that he really hits this message home and doesn't make allowances for any more "buts"! If the self-help wave can keep moving in this direction, I'm all for it!

This is a book I love to read in order to enjoy a life changing influence. My favorite part is the part where he asks us to live by intention and not by accident. Thanks.
