Thank you for this excellent review! I'm sure I would enjoy reading this book, although your review alone summarises it so well that it's perhaps enough to put into practice. It sounds like this author has had enough of these airy-fairy self-help books and got to the crux of the problem, telling readers to truly take responsibility for themselves. I like the fact that he really hits this message home and doesn't make allowances for any more "buts"! If the self-help wave can keep moving in this direction, I'm all for it!
