It's a good thing the author did not bombard readers with acronyms without their full meanings. I'm quite interested in health and fitness and this seems to be a rich source of information on it. I would have preferred accompanying illustrations, but I don't think their absence detracts from the wealth of knowledge embedded in the book. Thanks for sharing.

This book sounds like a great fitness and health guide. It's nice to have a reliable source to work through all the fitness myths.

Based on the review it seems like a good read for those who are looking for help in the health and fitness area. I like that the book goes over the facts and myths of fitness and dieting. I also like that the author has had 27 years as a fitness and nutrition coach.

This sounds like a really well developed piece! I like how the author has taken the time to explain his ideas, as well as to provide other citations/reliable guides, and it's always a plus that it is mostly well edited. Thanks for the review!

Thanks for the thorough review, I had no idea that the use of BMI is now outdated, worried what other health and wellness tips or even which part of my regular health regimen has also been debunked as a myth and actually has no effect. Brilliant review.

I would recommend this book to people that are interested in health improvement through fitness and dieting. However, I would not recommend it to those looking for an easy route to better health, as a sufficient amount of work has to be put into following the author's methods.
Usually, fast methods don't work and I believe the road to health and wellness takes commitment and hard work. I'm glad the book is well-researched but still tries to be light-hearted and I agree that illustrations would be very beneficial for the reader.

This book sounds fantastic and very relevant. I like that the author addresses common myths/misconceptions about nutrition.

There are far too many myths on health out there. I'm glad that the author not only was out to tell people what was what but noted other books that they can read as well. It shows he doesn't think he knows everything either.

Being healthy and fit is not an easy task. I think this book could be a useful tool for those looking to be healthier. Many people try to take short cuts and I love how the author debunks fitness myths. Congrats on the book of the day! Great review.

I'm really into fitness right now so this book is perfect for me. I like that the book is relatable because that's a must for me. I'm out of the loop on most of the new information so am update on nutrition terms is a plus.
