Story seems interesting but I don't think I would read it.

I like autobiographies but I'll pass on this one. The author seems to have touched on, what some would consider, a sensitive subject. It is brave of her. Thank you for a great review. Nooregano you're a pro writer! ☺

This is an interesting non-fiction religious memoir that follows a couple who experience a big religious change and how they learn to cope with it. The book is temporarily free on Amazon Kindle and I really enjoyed reading this review.

The topic of this book is not something I'd be interested in, but you've done a great job reviewing it. Many thanks!

It seems like the author has put a lot of thought into the construction of this book, right down to tense usage. Still, it's such a pity that there are still so many errors present, all of which could be removed with an editor's help. Thanks for the review.

This is the story of a Christian couple who feel left out and let down because of changes in doctrinal teaching in their community. Thanks for the great review!

A detailed review with sound, solid arguments sustaining the reviewer's opinion. She has convinced me. I appreciate her revealing her experience of becoming a close friend of the author just by reading the book and the feeling of being betrayed by the author's "keeping secrets".

Good review. I’m always interested in the different churches and religions that end up turning bad. It’s sad to hear the stories of those that have put forth such faith and belief just to have such bad experiences.

I don’t usually read autobiography’s, but I feel like after I read the review, I can start to understand the changes that are happening and how it affected them.

This is an interesting autobiography though I'm not into religious ideologies. Great review.

Thanks for your review! I'm curious to see what exactly the church did to make Amanda feel so vilified. I'm not sure if I would be able to get used to the author's style of writing; I don't like when authors spend too much time on minor details. It seems strange to me that the author didn't provide much information about her daughter. However, it sounds like she did a great job of baring her soul and crafting a narrative that allows for you to connect with its cast.

This autobiography tells the story of a church undergoing change. This couple felt like a valued part of this community until changes made them feel overlooked and unwanted. It sounds like it's written in an interesting style.

It's such a shame that this is becoming a lot common nowadays. Believers have forgotten that there was a time that Jesus chased people who turned the church into something else other than what it was meant to be, a place of worship. It seems the same is happening now. Thanks for such a detailed review.

I don't like reading non-fiction as a rule, moreover have little to none interest in the current book's subject matter. Therefore, I unfortunately will have to pass this one, but would like to congratulate author on BOTD!
