The review was a good one. Noted that the author proffered some yoga positions in the book. I have a lot of reservations on the practice of yoga. Thanks though for the review.

A very informative book. I know that there are some experiences that I can't explain or make anyone understand. But, I do understand them. Spirituality is something very personal sometimes and very deep within self. Good review on your part. Made me want to read the book.

Spirituality for REAL by WakunDaMa is about spirituality. Yoga helps us in different ways. Not only spirituality, we can cure lots of diseases by practicing yoga everyday.

I agree, spirituality is part of our human experience. I'm impressed with the way the author defines the Spirit as a life-force energy. This sounds like an appealing book for meditation that will benefit the readers. I'm not sure if I'll read the book due to some personal reasons. A well-crafted review indeed!

A thorough review about a book on spirituality which does not focus on religion. This is a refreshing approach because I believe that there is a lot of good in some of the techniques used in spiritual exercises, although I am a strong agnostic myself. The different techniques of meditation sound very enlightening. Your review was comprehensive and interesting to read.

This book sounds like a good read. I’m always willing to learn new techniques and see how others obtain balance. I’m glad the book doesn’t discern religion in the process. I’m intrigued by what it has to say.

A book where spirituality is brought to practical focus seems to be interesting.

Thank you for the great review.

Actually, I'm not into meditation and I'm not sure if I would try it in the future. So I'm not interested in this book. But your review is really amazing and it makes me want to read this book. So I've added it to my shelves. Thank you!

Maybe I am not overly spiritual person, because somehow I can't find it in myself to spend time on this book no matter how great it's portrayed in review. Sorry for that and congrats on BOTD!

Excellent review! I have always believed the body can heal itself. We, as humans just fail to let it! I've never tried meditation myself but I firmly believe that body, mind , soul, spirit etc. All work together to help us. Sounds like a great book.

I find it very appealing that you highlight the humbleness and humanity of the author because one of the common mistakes that many masters or gurus make regarding teaching is putting themselves in a higher position thus, becoming hard to relate to.
I agree that perhaps simpler meditations are a better idea for beginners but it sounds like a very interesting book.
Thank you for such an insightful review!
