The importance of healthcare could not have been more stressed than in today's world. This book is certainly helpful in informing the reader about some crucial points.

As a cancer survivor, I wish this book had been available a few years ago. From my own personal experience, it is very important that your caregivers listen to you and answer your many questions, not only about your care but also the financial side of the equation. Thank you for your review.

It must not have been easy to write about her experiences and to present it in 3 perspectives (familial, personal and profession). The book seems like it would be a great help to those who are looking for more information about (advocating/getting) optimal healthcare without breaking the bank. Thanks for the review.

I would have assumed that everyone gets the same treatment. This book shows the importance of having a good advocate. I wouldn't have thought of shopping for non-prescription drugs on Amazon.

When I read your review I realised that books like these which provide great information about health care should also be given priority. We all go through a difficult era,I think realistic books like surviving the business of health carrdefinitely have an important place during this crisis.
nice review! :)

It seems to be a very useful book for healthcare advice. Being the author a practice provider and also a cancer patient, she has a broad perspective to give advice. I think readers can get information and tips to make better decisions and save money on health issues.

From the title I would have thought that this book was for people working in the healthcare sector. But now, I can't wait to check it out. This sounds like such a precious read.

Healthcare is a very relative topic in the world today and can even become divisive at times. This book seems to be well informed on the topic and offer a lot of valuable information.

Surviving the business of healthcare by Barbara G Regis based on the detailed review seems specific to the US, therefore the experience seems foreign to someone from a different cultural background. But the book seems to cover the intricate details of the bewildering world of American healthcare system and may offer some general understanding of healthcare delivery in general. Based on the excellent review I would love to read the book
