It's so easy to become anxious about the unknown. So, you rightfully pointed out that anxiety is a survival mechanism. However, too much anxiety can be detrimental.

I like the fact that the author handles the subject from different angles and provides helpful exercises to reinforce each lesson.

Thank you for an excellent review.

I appreciate the great review.
Yes, this sounds like a well-researched book. I'd like to read it too. Psychology fascinates me, and I find that much of it is really helpful when managing emotions and preparing the mind for work and handling various situations.

I'd like to read this book and get to know more about the blame part. Many times it is easy to blame parents and others for things going on in one's life.

Knowing how to get over and past these things would be great.

Thank you for your detailed review.

I found it powerful to step back and observe how I interact with the people in my life. The exercises the author provides help the reader focus on how they respond in a situation instead of what the other person is doing.

I hope you decide to read this book. It is amazing how much information is covered. Thank you for your comment.

I hope you check out this book. The author addresses anxiety from many angles, but I like that she emphasizes patience and observing why you react, not just how you react. Thank you for your visit and for your kind comment.
Observing how I react isn't exactly a new concept to me, but I haven't really applied it when I have anxiety attacks. Hopefully, this book sheds some light on that particular topic.
