It seems like the author put good thought into what would be the friendliest way to present a subject that scares most of us. I'm sure this is a handy book for those able to invest.

This is an interesting educational non-fiction guide book on the real estate industry and how to invest wisely in it. The book is free on Kindle Unlimited and has a well-written OnlineBookClub review. Congrats @PropertyProfit on the BOTD selection.

I am embarrassed to admit that investment is not my game. Afraid no guidelines of some easy steps can rectify that and as such I will have to pass this book. Congratulations on BOTD!

This is a resourceful book. Commercial real estate is a fascinating topic and this really seems like a wonderful book. However, I don't think I'm going to be reading this book. It's not really up my alley. Wonderful review!
