Moon’s life has been very hard from being a child. He has been through many adversities and it is amazing that he is now a missionary. Finding God has really changed his life completely. Thanks for a great review.

This sounds to be a truly intriguing book. I found the character of Moon very interesting and the reason for which he chose Christianity is fascinating.
The review is superb.
Congratulations on Botd 🎉

I don't like books about Christianity, particularly if they appear to be 'preachy'. However, I picked up something in this review that may just change my mind. The reviewer says that Moon was turned to Christianity not by what Chaplain Vajda said, but by what he did. Thanks for the great review.

Thanks for the detailed review. I think it is a very interesting and touching book. However, I am not much into religion or people finding this kind of path.

I enjoyed the review. I was able to get a clear picture of the book, this is one book I may .read. His childhood lead him to become the man he is with the help of Chaplain Vajda.

This biography about Moon's life fraught with pain and hardship and the path that led him to Christianity sounds like it promises to be very elevating but heart-rending too. I'm not sure that The Bulletproof Missionary is for me as I am sensitive to graphic violence. So on that basis, I'll pass on this one. Thanks for the great review!

The bulletproof missionary ~ is a Non-Fictional Book of how Shang lk Moon's journey from North Korea to America. His life and the passing of his mother, while he was still young, leaving his grandmother to raise him.

Many twists and turns, as his father had to smuggle him. Life for him was a struggle day by day. His life was of Christianity.
