I find that a whole lot of our problems stem from miscommunication. Further, I understand communication as being useful when it is done right. So I'm pleased with your use of the phrase ‘proper communication’. Ironically, the free version of this book today has a fatal problem with its print.

I might be wrong, but I always thought that the proper way for people to learn communication is though socialization. That is why it's so important for children to attend kindergarten and next school, so at the level of higher education kids learned by example how to interact with each other and develop their own model of communication. Apologies, but I prefer to pass the book, because concept hasn't convinced me.

Communication is very essential in our daily life. Poor communication leads to weak relationship, depression and loneliness. I love to read this book to improve my knowledge about communication. Thanks for your review.

Thank you for your review. This seems to be a fresh approach to the important topic of human communications. In spite of development in many aspects of our lives, communications do not seem to have improved much! This book should provide many insights for all of us.

This book seems to touch on emotions and the lack of communication our society seems to have these days. I was just asking a friend what the world would look like if everyone was walking around with no expression and showing no emotions. There are so many different ways people can communicate but, some choose “ghosting” instead of talking?

With communication being so important in not only our everyday lives, but also in industries from business to government, it is no wonder that a book like this is required. In the digital age, communication has suffered greatly and I really hope this book will be able to bring tools to the reader to help improve their communication capabilities.

This is a non-fiction. Bobby R. Palton., Rusalyn H. Andrews, and Jennifer Page Daily seem to have done their research well using real life experiences to discuss the importance of communication. Your review is well written. Congratulations on the BOTD!
