Very good review Tanaya! You showed clearly how the book started with a tragedy. Then the author guided the readers on how to win over life challenges and that it ends with an inspirational feeling of doing his advice. You made it so hard not to start reading the book immediately! Thanks

Topcho wrote:I am not much into self-help books, but I just loved this quote - "I unknowingly created a belief that my life was hard ". I think many people do this, after one event or another that put them down. So kudos to the author for pointing it out and to you for the wonderful review.

Couldn't agree more with Topcho!

Congratulations to the author on such a positive review and congrats on being BOTD!

I am not much for self-help books but I am glad to see that it was not only inspiring but motivational as well! Great job on the review!

Great review!
It sounds like the author really believes that perspective is key to success. I feel like there is a plethora of books out there that suggest just by thinking about something hard enough you will somehow achieve that thing. I am glad the author seems to focus on using belief and perspective to motivate action. Seems a much better idea.
Again, thanks for the review!

I cannot wait to finish The Experiential Approach by Dean Nelson. I just love tragedies that work themselves out after time passes. The current setting with a trauma gone good, and I am set for a weekend reading experience that won't let me down, with 4 stars.
