I'm not a fan of non fiction and self-help books are not my cup of tea. But the book sounds very educational, the author give very detailed and thorough instructions on how to achieve your goal. I'm sure the book will find its reader. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

I think proper planning is important for the success of any startup. The strategies and other roadmaps that this book introduces would be helpful to startup managers.

Nice review!
The use of simple language, visual aids, and a structured format ensures that readers can grasp and apply the principles outlined in the book. I recommend this book to entrepreneurs, business leaders, start-up enthusiasts, business consultants, academia, and anyone facing business challenges.
I can’t say that this book falls under any of my personal interests, however I feel the need to mention that I appreciate when formatting (for anything, really) is done in a manner so that a broad spectrum of people to grasp the topic at hand.

Scale at Speed by Felix Velarde is a comprehensive guide to strategic growth, blending business insights with the author's experiences. This sounds very interesting. I would like to know more about SWOT and the 2Y3X roadmap to bussines thrive as it emphasizes on competence and commitment rather than seniority. Amazing review

Congrats on BOTD! Felix Velarde's book "Scale at Speed" explains how to build a successful company by establishing realistic, manageable, modest goals that will eventually help you reach your larger objectives. The way the guide broke the aim down into smaller objectives helped the author reach the peak in his Himalayan trip story, which is a wonderful idea that makes perfect sense when applied to company goals.
