Very thorough review. This is a very common problem with the female body as it matures. It is nice that the author is sharing her experiences with the world because in some cases people don't even pursue the treatment because of embarrassment.
What is the most special thing I did today- I was MYSELF. Happy and in love and unapologetically myself.

I see it also in my friends, they thought it has no cure due to aging.

My grandma experienced it. She doesn't like it and a very sort of embarrassment. Often times she said do not take a bath at night to avoid like the author's story.

That is the common problem among older women.
Not just women but also some men, though seldom to men. :tiphat:

Great review. I enjoyed reading it and I also learned a few new things about health. It seems like a good book to read, especially because I like biographies so much.

Thanks for your review. Fortunately, I don't suffer from any of the illnesses addressed in the book, but I would like to know more about them from an expert.

I like the books message that happiness is a choice and that it shows how to endure a condition with joy. Thanks for the review.

I really like the title of this book. It sends a message before the subject is even broached. I'm always interested in reading books likes these as they're often informative. Health really is wealth. Great review.
