Great detailed review! The book sounds like it would be a valuable tool for young adults. A lot of teenagers these days have social anxiety, why, I don't know. Hopefully, this book will help them.

As a person who herself is little hesitant to approach real conversation, I find it very helpful. I myself would love to read a book that targets the hesitant behaviour that comes with digital presence. And in modern world where things are online, real communication skills gets dull. And the part where it gives insights into the practical skills for improvement is so much needed. :tiphat: :techie-studyingbrown: :techie-studyinggray:
