This book will be most helpful. 'Joan, through her book, dispels most myths about chair yoga, creating a sense of awareness in seniors and readers that they can live a healthy life by engaging in exercises that are not too strenuous but are equally effective in maintaining the physical and mental fitness of the body.'

Health and wellbeing are key in human life. I am proud that a guide for seniors on a non-strenuous yoga exists. I am certain it will impact many. Nice review.

As thoroughly explained in the review, the book represents a simple guide to senior fitness. In this sense, it explores the possibilities offered by chain yoga, practice highly suitable for the purpose.

I really appreciate someone offering expert opinions on the important theme of doing physical activity at all ages.

This review tells me everything I need to know. It explains how well the book educates the reader on a yoga especially chair yoga. I also like how they got into detail about the author of the Book using images to show the reader what chair yoga is all about.

The book Chair Yoga for Seniors: An Exciting Journey to Health and Wellness by Joan K. Glance, Ph.D., was created with the seniors in mind. This is very kind and thoughtful as they too need to incorporate some movement into their daily life to stay healthy.

The reviewer analysis the book well. Considering the senior and trying to help them practice yoga in a way that suits them is great. I appreciate the author's advice to consult a medical specialist before doing any exercises. The book gives a positive boost. Congrats on BOTD

I have been clueless about yoga! I've always believed that Yoga is too demanding as it required training gear and a mat with bunch of YouTube videos to copy from! Chair Yoga for seniors is a game changer to me and to everyone who didn't care much about Yoga. It was my first time to hear about Yoga Chair and as the author was explaining, that forced me to visualize how simple Yoga Chair is! This book is not just for seniors. It's relatable to everyone who wish to take control of their lives. It helps you exercise at the comfort of your home. If you are a caretaker, use this book to take you through the steps to ensure that your clients are physically, metally and emotionally okay. I love this book and everyone who's going to read this book won't regret. I give it a well deserving 5 out of 5.

I d never heard of chair yoga before, but I surely wish I had. This would have been a great study on helping my grandmother when she was still with us. I think this would have helped a lot with her mobility and movement. Even though I am not a senior myself, being a caretaker on the side, I imagine that a few of my clients would love to study and do this book with me. I look forward to emerging in and seeing the results. It makes me want to seek for books geared towards senior citizens and helping them achieve a better quality of life.

The book sounds exactly like my type of exercise - good for your health, but not overly stressful on the body. I am definitely going to read and adapt it to my routine, therefore, I thank you for the gift of a free book and congratulate you with BOTD!
