The human consciousness has always been mystical to me. So this is a book I will always love to read. Also the review of the book reminds me of a particular movie whoose name I vaguely remember. Especially the part where names like Joseph were given to intangible parts of the protagonists consciousness.
Congrats on BOTD

The book really opened an eye on how one took the subconscious mind lightly. It really taught on how it evolved information processing and affecting everything we think, say and do. It is funny how subconscious mind control many aspects of our lives, and we can not notice that. The positive part is that we can gain back control by focusing on improving our habits positively then we can develop behaviors and action that cam bring positive results automatically.

Great review. I have always been interested in psychology especially understanding the subconscious mind and how it works and how one can use the subconscious part of their minds to better of their lives.

Let me start by saying thank you for a wonderful review. After having only sampled the book I am being compelled to continue reading it, but this review has solidified that it is moving to my “finish reading next” list. I also agree with you about the tone of this book. Thank you again for your review.

Thank you for such a thoughtful and engaging review! Your breakdown of the book's themes of self-discovery and personal growth really makes me curious about exploring the potential of the subconscious mind. I love how you emphasized the real-life examples of people’s transformations, which shows how relatable and powerful this book can be. Your description of the author’s tone as "feathering velvet" is so vivid and really adds to the calming atmosphere the book seems to create. This review certainly makes me want to pick up The Visible Subconscious!Great work, keep it up!

Right away I was intrigued with the book’s premise. It is so fascinating how an invisible subconscious would become visible. It also gives you exciting possibilities of self discovery and personal growth.

Not that I am not intimidated by the scientifically determined percentage of human brains active vs its natural potential, but at the same time, I am not sure that our race is ready to unlock and access this power in full. In my opinion, "transformative and therapeutic journey into the depths of the human mind" holds the same dangers, because some things must be contained, like traumatic experiences and worse memories.

The brain is the most amazing organ of all creations. It enables you exploring the perception, will, imagination, memory, reason, and intuition, which are the six faculties that forms what is called 'your mind'.
José Silva and Bob Proctor were the first to contribute to such program. José Silva developed science and knowledge in studying the wave frequency and apply it to humans in a specialized program. I've been following this subject for months now and it is magnificent. The book is a progressive work in this field and I like it already.

I have known the subconscious as the real self. However, many have difficulties triggering or understanding this real self; I hope the book provides more depth on that. I like your expansive review too.

You review is well-written and detailed. I like that the author has engaging storytelling, an empathetic tone matched with practical advice, but this is not my kind of book. I will pass on this. Congratulations on BOTD!

We don't understand our brains much. Well, brain is physical, our understanding is worse for the mind, for the unseen. Want to know how to explore your mind? Congratulations on the BOTD, and best wishes for future projects.

The vast potential of the human mind is examined in Ponz Manantan's book The Visible Subconscious. It illustrates, by instances from everyday life, how accessing the subconscious can assist people in overcoming self-defeating habits and promoting personal development. Because of Manantan's kind and approachable writing style, which makes difficult concepts simple, the book is both educational and healing. Anyone interested in the power of reflection and self-discovery should definitely read it.

Non fiction is not my cup of tea but mind is a powerful thing and unlocking it to get its full potential to "enhance your focus, manage your emotions, promote relaxation, and even influence your physical well-being" is awesome. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!
