'Official Review: Wellness on the weekly' by Adrianne Lind has an informative and enriching introduction. It presents the book's thesis. The author's work guides readers through fifty-two weeks of wellness activities for a more holistic well-being. These activities may be yoga, meditation, stretches, breath work, and journaling. The sense of fulfillment and calm that follows is the aim of the exercises given in the book. It was nice to learn that for every exercise, there is a link to a video that can help the reader understand the chapter better!

Definitely not my cup of tea, because the entire concept of this book goes against my beliefs. It sounds almost as though everyone has the same personality with no individual traits and, therefore, a universal guide to wellbeing will fit. For one, I really dislike yoga and prompts never work for me.

Would be better with more detail. Detail is what separates the mediocre and the great. Anyone could write a 100-200 pages of text about curated info on diet and breathing tactics, but few could add unique real-life experiences of real people.
I write the best reviews possible. :idea2:

It is not about following a rigid routine or looking for magic solutions outside but to go step by step listening to yourself and doing what you can and if one day does not work out nothing happens every week is a new opportunity to start without pressure. 🍀🍀💕🦄

I have not had a chance to read through the entire book but I did read a sample and it sounds like something that would interest me. I am also interested in the 4 7 8 concept as described in the review. I suffer from sleep issues and I have been seeking a holistic way to work on sleep as well as anxiety. These techniques are aligned with my current lifestyle cleansing goals. I will definitely check this book out. Thanks for the well written and thought provokimg review!
