Between the accounts during World War 2, the stories in the medical field, and even to the ideas behind the 11th commandment, it seems like this book is full of interesting tales.

I'm on the fence, here. It sounds pretty good, but I'm not fully convinced. I DO want to know what the 11th Commandment is, though, and the fitting deaths sound good, so I'll decide after checking out the sample.

From both your review and the description in Amazon, this sounds like a book I would enjoy reading. Glad to note that there is humour throughout, but not so happy with the gory details. I'm eager to learn how he balanced a life as a surgeon, a doctor of the underworld and at the same time as an informant. Thanks for your review!

I read your review and I must say you did well but I'm also curious to know the three little words mother Teresa gave to the author....

This real-life inspired fictional story sounds quite intriguing. I am keen to read authors experiences from his life and professional field. I really don't believe bad things happen to bad people. However, it's a debatable topic. But I would love to read the authors point of view. Thanks for the detailed review.

From a sampling, this seems like it would be an interesting nonfiction book. While it does not fit the autobiographical model perfectly, it does allow the reader to figure out what is real and what is fabrication. It is worth a look. Well done.

This has to be one of the most interesting books that has made book of the day in a long time. I would love to read this book to find out what the Eleventh Commandment really is, even though I think I might already have an idea.

An author who is 87 years old and narrates his experiences as a man, a doctor and a spiritual being. Wow! The review does a good job of enticing readers. Kudos!

Okay so the moral of the story is that bad things happen to bad people which is a pretty broad statement.

What constitutes as bad ? This is the part that confuses me. And it doesn't account for all those people in the world who have done bad things, and never been subjected to this 11th commandment.

The book still piques some interest, and the reviewer did a great job explaining the book. Great review!

Perhaps he used this commandment to justify and come to terms with some of the seemingly senseless things that he saw in life. Thanks for a great review.

A well-written story filled with humorous scenes. Also, it has a simple writing style, and it is well edited. Not sure it's for me as I have not read the sample yet. However, it sounds an intriguing read for fans of non-fiction books! Thank you for your detailed review! :tiphat:

It sounds like the author held a very interesting life. It's a good thing he got it on the page before it was too late. Shame he's taking those "three little words" to his grave though
